If tissue and bone atrophy is quite advanced, a 2-implant cover overdenture is an ideal solution.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<br \/>\nWith a few remaining teeth, without the possibility of implant placement, the solution may be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The partial wironite (metal) denture is a classic wiron mobile acrylic denture with a metal base. Used as a permanent solution to partial edentulousness when other options are not possible. Retention is achieved in the form of molded clips that accurately enclose the tooth carrier, thus transferring chewing pressure to the tooth and bone, and the ability to reduce the denture base plays a large role when it comes to comfort.<\/li>\n<li>Telescopic denture is a modified wironite denture that is an ideal solution for prosthetic rehabilitation of subtotal toothlessness with disadvantaged teeth. The remaining teeth are grinded and covered with a primary, complete golden metal crown, while the secondary crown is located inside the wiron denture; and with the friction of the two metals, on the principle of patrix and matrix, excellent retention is achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]If the arrangement of the remaining teeth is favorable, it is possible to modify the wiron denture in such a way as to replace the clasps with joint connections as retention elements. In this case, the remaining teeth in the jaw are grinded and covered with metal by a ceramic bridge, which at its ends has joint attachments and on the principle of patrix and matrix achieve retention.
